We are looking for a persuasive and customer-oriented
Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and scheduling site visits through outbound calls. You will play a key role in converting leads into successful sales by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our real estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants to promote current real estate projects.
Follow up on inquiries generated through online platforms, ads, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Explain project features, location benefits, pricing, payment plans, and other key selling points.
Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients and sales teams.
Answer incoming calls, handle client queries, and provide information in a professional manner.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align outreach with current campaigns and project launches.
Update CRM systems with client interactions and progress status regularly.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor offerings to support sales strategy refinement.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
