Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services. Generate leads, create interest, and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for effective campaign execution.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,917.29 - ₹15,074.07 per month
