Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, introducing AAKARYA's furniture solutions.
Handle inbound inquiries from social media, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms, converting leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and corporate clients.
Understand customer needs, share product information, and prepare quotations/proposals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the furniture/interior/related industry.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence in handling client conversations.
Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.
