Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain EdyunayWorld's language training programs.
Counsel and guide learners on course benefits, structure, fees, and placement opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information.
Build strong rapport with potential learners to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Coordinate with the sales team and managers to ensure smooth admission processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
L1-L2 Grade 6months -1 year experience; L3 Grade 1-2 years in telesales/telemarketing/inside sales (EdTech, training, or similar background preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi mandatory, additional languages a plus).
Ability to handle objections and close sales over phone.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Education:
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (Any stream).
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: For L1-L2 Grade?13,000 - 15,000 For L3 -L4 ?18,000 -23,000 per month (based on experience).
