Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective sales and customer interaction.

The ability to convince customers and negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Interpersonal Skills:

Building rapport and trust with customers and colleagues is essential.

Problem-Solving:

Quickly identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints.

Resilience:

Maintaining a positive attitude and motivation, especially when handling rejection or stressful situations.

Computer Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office applications, and relevant telephone systems is necessary.

Organization:

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Sales Experience:

Freshers are welcome and telesales or a related sales role is prefered
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
