Job Description

Execute high-volume Inbound/outbound calls to potential customers, aggressively promoting products/services to spark interest and secure on-the-spot sales.

Articulate the unique features, benefits, and pricing of our offerings with confidence and clarity to persuade prospects.

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Deliver precise, up-to-date product information to address customer questions and overcome objections effectively.

Leverage exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills to consistently close sales and surpass set targets.

Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM, driving insights for future engagements.

Share winning strategies, market insights, and success stories with the team to collectively achieve and exceed sales goals.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to position our offerings as the top choice in the market.

Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest, strategically converting hesitations into purchases.

Dedicate time to sharpening sales techniques through continuous training and self-driven development.

Deliver regular, data-rich reports on call outcomes, conversion rates, and key performance indicators to highlight achievements.

Maintain a customer-first approach, embodying professionalism and a positive attitude in every interaction.

Cultivate a deep understanding of offerings and industry landscape to strategically position products/services as the best option.

Key Skills:



Proven experience in Tele-sales, inside sales, business development, or similar role with successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and establish positive relationship over the phone. Strong persuasion skills to close deals and handle objections effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls.

Six Days Working: It involves a six-day workweek, enabling you to maximize your efforts in reaching out to potential customers and achieving sales goals.



Rotational Week Off: We offer one-day rotational week off schedule.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
