Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a fresh B.Com graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking sales or related fields. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales while developing strong communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and database management Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking sales, financial services, or telesales Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software) Good listening skills and customer-focused approach Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in banking products (loans, credit cards, insurance) Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management Familiarity with lead generation and follow-up processes Understanding of financial products and services
