Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals to promote training programs.
Counsel leads on available courses like
Data Science, Cloud Computing, and DevOps
.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Maintain follow-ups with potential candidates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Handle inquiries, explain course benefits, structure, and career outcomes.
Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and sales progress.
Work closely with the training & marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
6months or 1 years of experience in
Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Support
(EdTech preferred).
Strong communication & persuasion skills in
English and Hindi
.
Passionate about helping professionals upskill and grow their careers.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
