Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other strategies.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales pitches and demonstrate the value proposition of Pheme Entertainment's services.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Handle contract negotiations, close sales, and manage client accounts effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Reporting:
Track sales performance, analyze market data, and prepare regular reports for management.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven track record in
telesales or field sales
, preferably in the media and entertainment industry.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
Hands-on experience with
lead generation and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment.
