Key Responsibilities



. Make Outbound Calls to prospective customers to generate sales or set up appointments.
. Understand customer needs and offer solutions or services that match their requirements.
. Follow Up on cold & warm leads to convert them into sales.
. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client's information in the CRM system.
. Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls and conversions.
. Handle customer queries effectively & professionally.
. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance campaign results.
. Provide feedback on customer responses & market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
