Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Telesales Executive
to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our software solutions, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote SOLIDWORKS and related engineering solutions.
Understand client requirements and provide basic information about our offerings.
Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the field sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client interaction details.
Follow up with leads regularly to move them along the sales funnel.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Share marketing material via email or WhatsApp as required.
Support the execution of email campaigns, webinars, and other lead generation activities.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BCom, BSc, or Engineering).
0-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
