Adhira Realtors is looking for energetic and persuasive Tele Sales

Associates who are passionate about real estate and have a knack for

closing deals over the phone. As a TSA, you will be the first point of

contact for potential customers looking to invest in plots or real estate

opportunities. Your role is crucial in building strong relationships and

generating leads for site visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Promote plotting projects and investment opportunities effectively.

Convince customers to schedule site visits and attend project events.

Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and customer details.

Provide accurate information about pricing, location, features, and

benefits.

Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure lead conversion.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic

English.

Confident, convincing, and result-oriented personality.

Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.

Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

Previous experience in real estate or telesales will be an advantage.
