Job Summary:

Telesales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients from provided leads Explain products or services and generate interest Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets Follow up with leads and close sales/conversions Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills

in English and Hindi Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry) Strong convincing skills and a positive attitude Confident, polite, and professional on calls
