Handle incoming fresh leads from CRM and website in real-time.
Call all new leads immediately to explain treatments, offers, and book consultations.
Maintain timely follow-ups for leads who have shown interest but haven't converted yet.
Share details about clinic packages, pricing, treatment benefits, and doctors' profiles confidently.
CRM Management & Lead Reporting
Update every lead's status accurately in the CRM after each call.
Maintain detailed call logs, follow-up notes, and appointment confirmations.
Generate daily lead conversion and follow-up reports for review.
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
Book confirmed consultations with doctors as per patient's preference and availability.
Coordinate with the front office team to manage appointment slots and patient arrivals.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion skills in
Marathi, Hindi & English
Confident telephone etiquette and sales pitch delivery
Proactive attitude towards target achievement
Experience in working with CRM systems and lead management software
Ability to build rapport with patients over the phone
Polite, empathetic, and service-oriented personality
Preferred Profile
1-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or healthcare lead conversion
Previous experience in clinics, wellness centers, salons, hospitals, or cosmetic dermatology preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
