We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Tele Sales Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating interest in our IT and marketing services, qualifying leads, and booking consultations for our sales experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads (from platforms like Justdial, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Introduce Webora Innovations' services professionally and persuasively.
Understand client needs and qualify them based on interest and readiness.
Explain our offerings: website development, digital marketing, SEO, social media, app development, etc.
Maintain CRM records of all conversations and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the core sales and technical team for closures.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Build rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism and trust.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in IT or marketing domain).
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections smartly and nurture cold leads.
Knowledge of digital services like websites, SEO, and social media is a plus.
Basic understanding of CRM tools, lead management, and sales follow-up strategy.
