Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads received via ads, landing pages, or social media.
Counsel potential students on course offerings and help them choose the right program.
Follow up regularly via call, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status and daily call logs.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for course enrollments.
Understand product offerings in depth and continuously suggest improvements to pitch strategy.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth post-enrollment experience.
Share insights and ideas on improving conversion rate and lead nurturing process.
Key Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience
in tele-sales, preferably in EdTech, coaching institutes, or online course sales.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to convince and convert cold/warm leads.
Should be target-driven and comfortable working under pressure.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management systems.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in counseling, academic sales, or EdTech B2C sales.
Experience in spiritual, astrology, or wellness course sales is a plus.
Graduates preferred (but not mandatory if skills match).
