Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive

Telesales Executive

to manage both

inbound and outbound calls

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and providing exceptional customer support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers from provided databases or leads. Handle

inbound calls

from prospective customers and assist them with product information, pricing, and features of Flybed Home's Murphy beds and related furniture. Explain product features, benefits, customization options, and warranties in a clear and convincing manner. Follow up with leads, schedule showroom visits or online consultations, and convert queries into confirmed sales. Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Zoho Bigin) with accurate information. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth post-sale processes. Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints professionally and effectively. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Minimum HSC/Graduate degree preferred. 1-2 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in furniture, interiors, or home improvement sectors). Excellent verbal communication skills in

English

. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Ability to understand technical features of modular furniture. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
