Inside Sales Coordinator

to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, converting prospects into leads, setting up meetings with potential franchise partners, and supporting the Franchise Head in driving revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Sales Cycle Management:



Identify and qualify potential leads through inbound/outbound methods (cold calling, email campaigns, online research). Gather 1st level information of leads and maintain a franchise prospect data sheet. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to setting up meetings between qualified leads and Franchise head. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Prompt Personnel's services and offerings. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

CRM & Sales Process Management



Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and sales data. Follow up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into hot leads. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer responses.

Collaboration & Strategy Development



Coordinate with the marketing team on lead-nurturing campaigns and promotional events.

Sales Closing



Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Franchise Coordination & Partner Support



Assist in the onboarding of new franchise partners, ensuring a seamless transition. Coordinate and facilitate franchise documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements. Assist in organizing franchise partner meetings, training sessions, and periodic reviews. Maintain and update franchise reports & dashboards Co-ordinate between internal teams for smooth franchise operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the sales process, customer relationship management, and lead generation techniques. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work both independently and in a team. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. High-energy, "get-it-done" personality.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
