Roles & Responsibilities
Call potential leads from database, WhatsApp, ads, and CRM
Explain project features, location benefits, pricing, and current offers
Follow up with interested clients regularly until site visit or closure
Schedule and confirm site visits with sales team
Maintain lead tracking in Google Sheets or CRM
Handle basic client objections and pass hot leads to closers
Share project videos, brochures, and WhatsApp messages as required
Report daily call performance to manager
Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a bonus)
Confident, polite, and persuasive tone
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling apps, and Google Sheets
Familiarity with real estate projects is a big advantage
