Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads.
Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls
Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing them to the franchise opportunity and gauging their interest.
Respond to inbound inquiries, addressing potential franchisees' questions, and providing relevant information on franchise benefits, requirements, and processes.
Sales Presentations and Information Sharing
Provide a detailed overview of the company's course model, benefits, fees requirements, and support provided.
Use persuasive communication and active listening skills to build rapport and understand the prospect's needs and interests.
Lead Nurturing and Relationship Building
Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout their decision-making process, addressing any concerns or objections that may arise.
Record-Keeping and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with prospects using the company's CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on sales targets, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements
Experience
: Minimum 1-2 years in telesales, outbound sales, or customer service, preferably within a franchise, real estate, or retail industry.
Skills
:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Persuasive selling techniques and an understanding of franchising principles.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
