Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide service details and support.
Guide customers on doctor appointment, order placement, and issue resolution.
Use
Zoho CRM
to manage customer data, track interactions, and update records.
Address queries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when required.
Ensure confidentiality while discussing sensitive topics.
Manage live chat process with customers and their queries, doubts, issues.
Requirements:
Must have completed Graduation, prior telecalling experience is plus.
Proficiency in
Zoho CRM
or similar platforms will be preffered.
Strong communication skills in
Hindi
.
Personal laptop is required.
Professional, empathetic, and discreet approach to customer interactions.
Eligibility:
Hindi
Speaking is mandatory for customer interaction purpose.
Candidates who have completed Graduation will be preffered.
