Kailash Complex, Vikhroli West

Salary:

?30,000 - ?40,000 per month

Working Days:

6 days a week

Work Timings:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Weekly Off:

1 day (as per standard policy)

Job Summary



The Telesales Executive will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over calls, understanding their needs, and promoting the club's courses, programs, and memberships. The role focuses on lead conversion, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (

100+ calls per day

) to prospective and existing customers Present and promote courses, programs, memberships, and services clearly and persuasively Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and emails to drive conversions Handle objections, concerns, and customer queries professionally and confidently Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and conversions Regularly update lead data, sales reports, and performance trackers using

Excel and Google Sheets

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction Adhere to company communication standards, compliance guidelines, and sales processes

Required Skills & Experience



Minimum 2-3 years of experience

in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales Mandatory experience in

International BPO

environment Proven ability to handle

100+ calls per day

efficiently Excellent command over

spoken and written English

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills Hands-on experience with

MS Excel and Google Sheets

for data tracking and reporting Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment Strong time management and multitasking skills
