Telesales Executive
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our admissions and sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective learners toward the academic programs that best suit their needs while successfully meeting and exceeding enrollment targets. The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator who thrives on engaging with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Proactively initiate conversations with potential students and parents via phone calls, messages, and in-person interactions (walk-ins).
Program Expertise: Provide clear, accurate, and compelling information about our courses, including learning outcomes, fee structures, and the step-by-step enrollment process.
Needs Assessment & Rapport: Effectively build strong relationships with leads, employing active listening to understand their educational goals and specific needs.
Sales Conversion: Strategically and professionally work to convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions, directly contributing to business growth.
Reporting & CRM: Maintain meticulous daily progress tracking and organized data records utilizing CRM tools.
Target Achievement: Consistently focus on and deliver on weekly and monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Support Activities: Assist with broader marketing and student outreach initiatives as and when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities, particularly over the phone.
Sales & Persuasion: Strong track record or potential in sales, persuasion, and problem-solving to overcome objections effectively.
Goal Orientation: A results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Tech Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and a quick ability to learn and master new internal software and CRM tools.
Professional Demeanor: Maintain a highly professional, patient, and approachable attitude in all interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: A Graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Experience: Freshers who demonstrate a strong interest and enthusiasm for sales and admissions counseling are highly encouraged to apply.
Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
