Job Description

.Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain product/services clearly and persuasively to customers. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions. Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally. Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Team Leader/Manager. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required Excellent verbal communication skills. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Candidates with experience in the Banking sector, Insurance, and Career Counseling fields will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
