Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages effectively.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful bookings.
Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with sales/operations teams for booking confirmation and customer support.
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure excellent customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Experience in Tele Sales will be an added advantage
(Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records.
