Gather essential client details such as educational background, work experience, and language proficiency to determine their eligibility.
Provide clients with accurate information on immigration options and visa pathways based on their profile.
Explain the basic eligibility criteria and guide clients on the next steps in their immigration process.
Accurately document and record client information in the company's database.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in immigration or a related field is must.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages would be an asset).
