Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to contact potential customers over the phone, promote company products/services, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, persuasion ability, and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries Generate leads and convert them into sales Follow up on customer interest and maintain sales records Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain customer data accurately in CRM or records Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally Coordinate with the sales and support team when required
