Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
Proven 1+ experience in sponsorship acquisition, fundraising, or program management, preferably in an education or nonprofit setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and manage relationships with sponsors, donors, and partners.
Experience in designing sponsorship packages, proposals, and presentations.
Knowledge of financial management and budget oversight in program or sponsorship settings.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams to meet program objectives and sponsor expectations.
