We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and achieving their career goals. The role involves counseling, follow-ups, and meeting enrollment targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career paths, and course benefits

Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and leads generated through calls, websites, and marketing campaigns

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counseling sessions

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM

Ensure zero follow-up drop and minimize zero-sales days

Promote course combos, EMI options, and offers effectively

Participate in seminars, school/college visits, and events

Provide post-admission support and ensure student satisfaction

Prepare daily and weekly counseling performance reports

Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and local language

Strong persuasion and counseling skills

Target-oriented mindset with positive attitude

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, emails)

Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in education counseling or sales preferred

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (Education / Management preferred)
