Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls & handle inbound enquiries.
Convert leads into confirmed orders; meet monthly targets.
Maintain call logs and update CRM.
Upsell and cross-sell products when relevant.
Coordinate with operations and customer support teams.
Required Skills
Fluency in English - Mandatory
Hindi - Preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and excellent follow-up ability.
Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email).
Compensation
