Key Responsibilities
Handle 50-60 customer enquiries daily (calls & follow-ups)
Explain product details clearly and professionally
Convert enquiries into sales (quick sales cycle)
Maintain call and follow-up records
Update customer information in the system
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer support when needed
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to convince customers and close sales
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude, confidence, and quick learning ability
Ability to work in a target-based environment
Preferred Experience
Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales experience (0-2 years)
