Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services and generate leads. Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and conduct timely follow-up calls. Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to foster rapport and enhance their overall experience. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Present company offerings clearly and confidently to support conversions. Maintain accurate and updated customer and enquiry details in the system. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and drive conversions. Achieve monthly call and performance targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all interactions. Possess strong communication skills in both

Malayalam and English

. Have basic computer knowledge for handling customer data and system updates.
