Key Responsibilities
Telemarketing & Lead Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective students to explain course offerings and encourage enrollment
Handle inbound queries via phone and WhatsApp
Follow up with leads regularly and update call logs accordingly
Maintain structured communication workflows for lead engagement
Reception & Front Desk Support
Administrative Support
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in telemarketing, customer service, telesales, or a similar communication-based role
Any degree or diploma
(preferred fields: marketing, communications, business, or education -- but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English and Malayalam
Pleasant, persuasive phone manner with strong interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with basic computer tools (MS Excel, email, CRM systems preferred)
A proactive, self-driven approach
