Qualifications:
Diploma/Graduate/Post-Graduate
0-3 years in hospitality/customer service
Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle 50+ inbound calls daily, assist customers with bookings, provide accurate property information.
Ensure smooth customer experience
Resolve queries and complaints on time
Maintain strong attention to detail and build long-term customer relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
