Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated, results?driven tele?sales professional to join our insurance team. You'll connect with prospective customers over the phone, introduce our products, qualify leads, and close sales--all while building long?term relationships and meeting (or exceeding) monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Call a daily list of prospects, present our insurance solutions, and explain benefits clearly.

- Identify customer needs, tailor recommendations, and handle objections with confidence.

- Complete accurate sales calls, update the CRM, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

- Attend training sessions, product updates, and performance reviews.

Candidates must be:



- Prior experience in telesales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector (2?+?years is a plus).

- Strong communication skills and a pleasant, persuasive phone presence.

- Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of calls, and stay motivated under target?driven environments.

- Basic knowledge of insurance products (life, health, Vehicle, etc.) is advantageous but not mandatory--training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits



Fixed monthly salary + attractive incentive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
