Key responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Handle incoming calls to address customer questions and resolve issues. Generate leads and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance. Document all customer interactions, feedback, and sales details accurately in a database or CRM system. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotional offers.
