Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products/services. Follow a structured script while personalizing communication based on customer needs. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions. Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly call quotas and monthly sales targets. Upsell or cross-sell additional products when appropriate. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:



Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required). Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home. Reliable high-speed internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a quiet workspace. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,533.27 per month
