We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) cum Telecaller to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and supporting the sales and counseling process. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients or students based on provided leads.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into appointments or enrollments.
Clearly explain the details of the services offered and assist clients throughout the process.
Handle incoming calls, address queries, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Assess client needs and qualify them as potential leads for further consultation.
Schedule and confirm appointments with counselors or sales teams.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasive ability with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
