We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Tele Sales Executive

to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, presenting products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with interested leads. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Maintain a database of leads and prospects using CRM tools. Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide detailed and accurate information about products/services. Gather feedback and report customer insights to the sales manager.

Requirements:



Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or related role preferred. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or Bachelor's degree preferred.
