Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Institutional Alliance / Ad Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential institutional clients, promoting our advertising and partnership solutions, and driving conversions through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential institutional partners and advertisers.

Present company products/services and create interest among leads.

Identify business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Maintain an updated database of leads and follow up regularly.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales call and conversion targets.

Handle inbound queries and guide prospects towards partnership options.

Work closely with the marketing & sales team to develop lead strategies.

Prepare and share daily call/lead reports with reporting managers.

Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.

Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).

Proven experience in telesales / inside sales / telecalling preferred.

Strong communication and convincing skills (Malayalam & English).
