Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and parents through structured outbound and inbound calls using the provided lead database.
Understand students' academic goals, strengths, and challenges to recommend suitable courses and programs.
Present and promote Xylem Learning's programs confidently and effectively.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents through personalized counselling and timely follow-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.
Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed about programs, promotions, and organizational updates.
Provide insights and feedback to improve lead quality, conversion strategies, and the overall counselling process.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required).
0-2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably within the education sector).
Proven ability to achieve or exceed enrolment or sales targets.
