Job Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic
Telecallers
to connect with restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and local stores, explain the benefits of Foaps Direct, and onboard them onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential leads (restaurants and small businesses) from the given database.
Explain Foaps Direct's features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Generate interest, schedule demos, or close sales over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
Follow up with interested businesses and assist with the onboarding process.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
Basic understanding of online ordering or restaurant business is an advantage.
Confidence in handling objections and driving conversions.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
