Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Maintain customer database and call records.
Follow up with interested leads to close sales.
Meet daily and monthly targets assigned by the team lead.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a positive attitude.
