Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers over the phone and explain insurance quotations
Follow up on leads assigned via CRM and convert them into sales
Coordinate with the processing and claims teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the system
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English
Prior experience in telesales, insurance, or customer service preferred
Confidence to handle sales calls and explain products clearly
Basic computer and CRM handling skills
