We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain company products/services and their benefits clearly and confidently.
Handle customer follow up on leads promptly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions in CRM software/Excel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
