Position: Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at Makbig in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for guiding students toward the right educational opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students and explain course details.

Handle incoming inquiries and follow up on leads.

Maintain and update the student database regularly.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams to ensure smooth admissions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or the education sector preferred.

Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
