Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs and effectively promoting our products/services to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Explain products and services to potential customers and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain customer records and follow up with leads for closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Provide accurate information and excellent customer service at all times. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (or relevant local language). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Persuasive speaking and active listening skills. Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure in a sales environment. Prior experience in telesales or customer service will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
