We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products or services, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships and handle objections professionally.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team- oriented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
