The job of a Telesales Executive is to reach out to potential customers over phone, understand their needs, explain them the product features, advantages, benefits and provide options whereby customers can find a suitable prospect.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers
Meet individual and collective revenue targets by suggesting appropriate offerings basis customer need and potential
Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages
Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew
Strictly adhere to the process requirements
Strictly adhering to the process and quality requirement
Document call information according to standard operating procedures
Input appropriate dispositions for the call transactions in the CRM
Ensure all disciplinary and call input parameters are met daily
