Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients to promote IT services (web development, app development, custom software).
Respond to
incoming client inquiries
promptly and professionally.
Understand client requirements and provide
product/service information
.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or business development executives.
Maintain accurate
records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
in the CRM system.
Meet
daily, weekly, and monthly targets
set by management.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns.
Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed projects.
Requirements
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
in English and Malayalam.
Basic understanding of
IT services and digital solutions
(training will be provided).
Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Ability to handle
rejection positively
and remain persistent.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Fresher candidates are welcome; prior tele-sales experience is a plus.
